Prepare Your Documents
Place all documents in a clean, sturdy envelope or folder. Include a brief description of contents on the outside (e.g., "Court Filing – 12 pages"). Do not seal the envelope yourself; our courier will seal it in your presence with tamper-evident tape.
Ensure recipient name, address, and phone number are clearly written or printed on the envelope. Double-check spelling to avoid delivery delays.
Timing & Chain-of-Custody
When you request pickup, confirm your preferred time window (morning, midday, or afternoon). Our courier will arrive within 30 minutes of your window.
You will receive a receipt with a unique tracking number and courier signature. The recipient must sign upon delivery; we return a signed proof of delivery to you within 24 hours. This signed receipt is your chain-of-custody documentation.
